Do you buy loose Monster Jam die-cast trucks?

Yes. We accept loose trucks, packaged trucks, rare variants, chase pieces, complete sets, and collector lots.

Do you accept damaged trucks?

We typically do not accept damaged trucks. However, we may make exceptions for rare pieces or items with minor imperfections.

How does shipping work?

If we accept your submission, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the approved items.

Who is responsible for packing the order?

The seller is responsible for safely packing their trade before shipping. Items should be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. While we provide a prepaid shipping label for approved submissions, Jamtoyz is not responsible for items that are improperly packed, damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, or lost before they are received at our facility.

Can the offer change after I ship my trucks?

Yes. The offered value is subject to change once the trucks are received and inspected. Final value depends on condition, authenticity, completeness, and whether the items match the original submission.

Do you offer cash or store credit?

Yes. We offer either cash or store credit. Cash payments can be sent by Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, based on your preference. Store credit may receive a higher value depending on the collection.
