Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, pre-orders, backorders, subscriptions, try-before-you-buy options, and other special purchase options are handled on JAMTOYZ.
JAMTOYZ is operated by Design-Tactics, LLC d/b/a JAMTOYZ ("JAMTOYZ," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Standard Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, packing, label creation, shipment preparation, or fulfillment.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our Return and Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your order number, name, and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
3. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Some items may occasionally be offered as pre-orders, backorders, coming soon items, reservations, or other advance purchase options.
When you purchase a pre-order or backorder item, you are purchasing an item that may not be available for immediate shipment. Estimated arrival dates, release dates, restock dates, and shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer delays, supplier delays, allocation changes, carrier delays, import delays, or other factors outside our control.
Payment may be collected at checkout, partially collected at checkout, authorized at checkout, or collected later, depending on the purchase option shown at checkout.
A pre-order or backorder may usually be canceled before it enters processing, packing, shipment preparation, or fulfillment. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Split Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order or backorder items, the order may ship together or separately depending on availability, product type, checkout settings, and fulfillment timing.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a customer requests separate shipments or if separate shipments are required for certain items.
5. Limited Quantity and Collector Items
Many JAMTOYZ items are limited quantity, collectible, discontinued, or difficult to restock. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory. Inventory is not reserved until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders when inventory is unavailable, incorrectly counted, oversold, damaged, restricted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order due to inventory availability or a fulfillment issue, any amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.
6. Pricing, Listing, and Checkout Errors
We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if there is a pricing error, product listing error, shipping error, discount error, inventory error, checkout error, or other mistake affecting the order.
If an order is canceled because of an error, any amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method when possible.
7. Subscriptions
JAMTOYZ does not currently offer standard subscription products unless a subscription option is clearly shown on a product page or at checkout.
If subscriptions are offered in the future, subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation options, and delivery schedules will be shown at the time of purchase.
Subscription payment details may be stored securely by Shopify or a third-party payment provider, and recurring charges may apply according to the subscription selected.
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel or manage it according to the instructions provided in your order confirmation, customer account, subscription portal, or the terms shown at checkout.
8. Try Before You Buy
JAMTOYZ does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases unless that option is clearly shown on a product page or at checkout.
If try-before-you-buy is offered in the future, your payment method may be authorized before fulfillment. You may have a limited time to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within the allowed period and in the required condition, your payment method may be charged for the full amount.
Try-before-you-buy returns, charges, and deadlines will be governed by the terms shown at checkout and our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Store Credit, Gift Cards, and Promotional Credits
Orders paid with store credit, gift cards, promotional credits, or discount codes may be subject to additional restrictions.
If an order paid with store credit or a gift card is canceled or refunded, the refund may be returned to the original store credit or gift card balance where supported by Shopify or the applicable payment system.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time offers may not be reusable after cancellation unless we state otherwise.
10. Fraud Prevention and High-Risk Orders
For customer protection and fraud prevention, we may cancel, hold, or request additional verification for orders that appear suspicious, high-risk, unauthorized, incomplete, or inconsistent with normal order activity.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we believe the order may be fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
11. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on Shopify, your bank, credit card company, payment provider, or financing provider.

12. Returns After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.
For customer-remorse returns, the cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.
