Thank you for shopping with JAMTOYZ. We work hard to process, pack, and ship orders quickly so your Monster Jam trucks, toys, parts, and collectibles arrive safely.

JAMTOYZ is operated by Design-Tactics, LLC d/b/a JAMTOYZ ("JAMTOYZ," "we," "us," or "our").


1. Where We Ship

At this time, JAMTOYZ ships within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international checkout or international shipping. If international carrier options appear internally in our shipping settings, they are not available to customers unless we activate international markets in the future.


2. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping options may vary based on order value, item size, destination, carrier availability, and checkout settings.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Business days do not typically include weekends or holidays.


3. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, sales events, inventory updates, or carrier delays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, label creation, or shipment preparation, we may not be able to cancel, edit, combine, or change the shipping address.


4. Free Shipping

Eligible U.S. orders of $25.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, or other fees, unless otherwise shown at checkout.


5. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at our Coral Springs, Florida location when shown at checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up. Orders are not available for pickup until they have been processed and marked ready.

6. Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Shopify Shipping, or another available carrier depending on the order, destination, service selected, package size, and carrier availability.

The carrier used for your order may vary unless a specific shipping method is shown and selected at checkout.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or through the contact method provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. It may take time for tracking information to update after a shipping label is created or after the carrier receives the package.


8. Delivery Estimates and Carrier Delays

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. JAMTOYZ is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect routing, staffing delays, service disruptions, delivery exceptions, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or other events outside our control.

Expedited shipping reduces the estimated transit time after shipment, but it does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated in writing.


9. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

JAMTOYZ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up, additional shipping charges may apply. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and handling costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desk staff, or your local carrier office.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your package is lost, missing, or delivered to the wrong location. We will review the tracking information and help guide you through the next steps.

Lost package claims are reviewed based on tracking information, carrier records, delivery confirmation, order details, and applicable carrier policies.


11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the item, packaging, shipping box, and all packing materials until the issue is resolved.

We may request photos of the item, shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and any damage so we can review the issue and, when applicable, file a carrier claim.


12. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one package depending on item size, availability, fulfillment timing, or packaging requirements.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.


13. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, destination, carrier rules, or applicable laws. We reserve the right to cancel or modify shipping options for any order that cannot be shipped using the selected method.


14. Returns and Shipping Charges

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

For customer-remorse returns, the cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.
